Referees Association of Malawi will from 2nd March to 4th March 2019 conduct a fitness test for the first quarter of the year as they prepare for the 2019 season.
The tests are expected to take place at Mpira village on 2nd March, Civo stadium on 3rd March and Mzuzu stadium on 4th March 2019 for the southern, central and northern region respectively.
Moffat Champiti from the referees association says they expect every referee who officiate games in both the regional leagues and the super league to undergo the test.
” We are indeed conducting the test this weekend and we expect every officiating personal to come for the test as we had communicated to them last year of these dates for the test and we hope they are ready for it that they pass and be certified fit to officiate games this season”, Champiti said.
