The Malawi under 23 National team coach Meke Mwase has called a 33 man squad into a residential camp to start on 3rd February 2019 at Moira village in Blantyre.
The Junior Flames have been having a non-residential training for the past 3 weeks as they prepare for the 2019 under 23 AFCON second round qualifier against Zambia in March.
Speaking in an interview Mwase said “the camping will help me and my boys to have enough preparations for the match”.
The following are the players that have been called into camp.
Rabson Chiyenda, Pililani Mapila, Brighton Munthali, Hastings Banda and Charles Thom.
Charles Petro, Trevor Kalema, mark Fodya, Lawrent Chaziya, Hadji Wali, Chembezi Denis, Precious Sambani and Lusekelo Malema.
Peter Banda, Isaac Kaliyati, Chimwemwe Idana, Gregory Nachipo, Francis Kinda, Mike Mkwate, Levison Maganizo, Enerst Tambe, Victor Lungu, Jack Chiona, Laurent Banda and Juma Yakima.
Chikaiko Batison, Patrick Phiri, Hassan Kajoke, China Chirwa, Raphael Phiri and Loyd Njaliwa.
