The president of the republic of Tanzania John Pombe Magufuli sends his condolences to the chairman of the Said Salim Bakhresa’s companies for the death of five journalists, employees in Azam Media Limited that took place in a fatal road accident.
The accident occurred today 8th July 2019 at Shelui area in Singida region which claimed five Azam media employees.
The five are among the seven reported dead in that accident after a head clash of their bus with a lorry when on their way to Chato.
“I have been shocked by the deaths and I hereby pass my condolences to the chairman Said Salim Bakhresa and the all relatives of the deceased, The Chief Executive Officer Tido Mhando and the entire Azam family,” said President Magufuli.
Magufuli also wishes three victims of the accident a quick recovery. The President calls upon the road users to be more careful and obey the road rules and regulations.
